Anthony Randoplh (25) toonde namelijk in een belastingkantoor in Hamden zijn edele delen aan een vrouwelijke bediende.<br \/>\nRandolph stapte het kantoor in Huntington Street binnen. Hij wendde zich tot een vrouwelijke belastingbeambte en begon een praatje met haar. Plotseling ritste de man zijn broek open en begon met zijn geslacht te zwaaien.\u2028\u2028Fietsend op de vlucht\u2028De verontwaardigde beambte belde meteen de politie, maar kon niet verhinderen dat de verdachte op de vlucht sloeg en met zijn fiets wegreed. De onverlaat kon even later ingehaald worden door een politiepatrouille. \u2028\u2028Anthony Randolph werd opgepakt voor ondervraging. Getuigen bevestigden de verklaring van de belastingbeambte.
